The struggle is that we are up against it. We who propose to work in the marketplace (which is the free exchange of ideas and goods), and do it for Jesus, are up against opposition. Our Opposer is against Jesus and those things that Jesus stands on and for. His weapons are fear, deceit and he preys on our worries and concerns, "leveraging" them to get us to fall away from THE Way.
It works a lot, doesn't it.
But I'm here to tell you and me, that the JOY of the Lord is our strength!
Seek and focus on the OUTCOMES of the Way- Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self Control.
Put down the things of the world, lift your eyes to the things above, focus on, look at, hold, Christ.
In this way you are in the world and not OF it, and more importantly you are a force to be reckoned with! And you will take back the kingdom of Greed , for the KING.
